Explore more than 150,000 square feet featuring 75 aircraft and spacecraft—from a hot air balloon to an actual Apollo Lunar Module—while learning about Long Island’s role in aviation history and why we’re called the Cradle of Aviation. Eight exhibit galleries are arranged in chronological order and include more than 30 hands-on exhibits, cockpit climb-ins, and short films throughout the Museum.
