WinterFest for Kids

Come to Emma Clark Library’s Children’s Dept. on Saturday, February 22 (Mid-Winter Recess!) anytime between 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon for games, crafts, & contests! Here’s some of the frosty fun:
